Man, 32, appears in court charged with Brierley Hill double murder
A 32-year-old man has appeared before magistrates court charged with murdering two men who were shot dead in a Range Rover on a Black Country industrial estate.

Jonathan Houseman, of no fixed address, appeared before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday accused of killing William Henry, 31, and Brian McIntosh, 29, last Wednesday.

He appeared in the dock wearing a grey T-shirt where he spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth. No pleas were given.

Houseman was remanded into custody to appear before Birmingham Crown Court tomorrow for a plea and trial preparation hearing, where he is expected to enter a plea.

Mr Henry and Mr McIntosh, both from Bartley Green in Birmingham, were found dead at the Albion Works industrial estate in Moor Street, Brierley Hill, at around 3pm last Wednesday.
A second person arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released without charge.
