Group threatens 12-year-old and steals bike in Halesowen

A 12-year-old boy had his bike stolen after being threatened by a group of youths in Halesowen.

A person police would like to speak to in connection with the robbery

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after the robbery in Manor Abbey Road.

The incident happened at about 5.35pm on July 19 but police have only now shared the suspect's picture.

Dudley Police tweeted saying: "Do you know who this is?

"We want to speak to him after a 12-year-old boy was robbed of his bike in Manor Abbey Road, Halesowen at about 5.35pm on Sunday 19 July.

"The boy was approached by a group of four youths and threatened before his bike was taken and the group headed off towards Woodgate Valley.

"Get in touch, quoting crime number 20DY/169626D/20, via Live Chat at http://west-midlands.police.uk, or via 101 or CrimestoppersUK anonymously."
