WATCH: CCTV footage shows violent West Bromwich robbery attempt
Footage has been released showing the moment a woman was violently attacked in a Black Country town centre.
The shopper was punched, kicked and dragged to the floor by a woman who demanded her phone in West Bromwich last month.
CCTV footage of the attack has been released by West Midlands Police as officers attempt to identify the suspect.

In the video, the suspect can be seen grabbing the victim as she walks on the pavement holding shopping bags outside New Square Shopping Centre.
The woman is pushed to the ground and repeatedly punched and then kicked before her attacker runs away.
Police said the victim was followed by the would-be robber, who was wearing light-blue jeans and a dark jacket, from the bus station after she refused to hand over her mobile phone.
The attack happened just after 8pm on July 23 on Cronehills Linkway.
