Car seized after uninsured driver almost "collides" with police
A car was seized by police after an uninsured driver almost "collided" with a police community support officer in the Black Country, officers say.

The incident happened in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, as the motorists drove from the Sainsbury's store in Bentley Bridge on Sunday.
The driver, a male whose age was not given, also had no driving license and a "very illegal tyre" on the vehicle, Wednesfield Police tweeted.
It led to the driver being reported alongside the seizure of the vehicle.
The police account said: "Earlier a driver almost collided with one of our passing PCSOs as he drove from Sainsburys.
"Turns out the male had no driving licence and no insurance (and a very illegal tyre).
"Big thanks to colleagues @ResponseWMP who swiftly assisted.
"Driver reported and car seized."
