Arrests after shop worker punched in Dudley post office robbery

Two men have been arrested after a robbery at a post office in Dudley where a shop worker was attacked.

West Midlands Police arrested the men, aged 34 and 40, today following the robbery on Sunday afternoon.

It comes after two people entered Dixons Green post office, which is next to the One Stop shop on Buffery Road, at 3pm and jumped over the counter before punching a worker and dislodging a till of cash.

The pair remain in custody while investigations are ongoing.
