Groups causing 'nuisance' and littering at beauty spots
Large groups of people have been gathering in parks in Wombourne and Kinver.
Police have said these groups are "causing a nuisance" at beauty spots and litter has been left.
And they said officers will now be patrolling the areas affected.
South Staffordshire Police posted on social media saying: "During the recent period of good weather, we have received calls reporting large groups of people gathering and causing a nuisance at local parks and beauty spots around Wombourne and Kinver.
"We want everyone to enjoy the sun, however please adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and behave in a considerate manner. Lots of litter has been discarded around the local area and this is not acceptable.
"Officers will be patrolling problem locations and persons failing to adhere to this advice will be dealt with accordingly."
