As people gather around the injured man, another person swings a two-metre white pole towards the crowd.
Another video shows a man, himself holding a cricket bat, being hit on the head with a bat from behind by a youth who then runs away and falls over.
Many of the women, including the one whose head and hands were covered in blood, appear to be encouraging the armed men to stop attacking each other.
Around 30 people were involved or watching on as the violence unfolded in Lewis Street, Birchills, on Wednesday evening, with much of the drama captured by neighbours on their mobile phones.
The Express & Star has decided not to publish the videos due to the offensive nature of the language in the videos and associated comments.
Cars can be seen struggling to move past as people stand in the middle of the street, swinging their weapons and arguing outside Croft Academy primary school.
Four people were left with head injuries according to West Midlands Police, and paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed they treated three people at the scene.
Two men were taken to hospital with "potentially serious injuries" while an injured woman refused hospital treatment.
A knife and a cricket bar were seized from the scene by police officers who cordoned off the area.
Officers believe the brawl was a "targeted incident" with the people involved being known to each other.
They have been trawling CCTV and encouraged anyone with video footage to share it with the force.
