Crimestoppers has issued the cash incentive in a bid to track down Matthew Lavelle.
It comes after West Mercia Police launched an appeal last month to find his whereabouts.
The 37-year-old is wanted for breach of a restraining order and is being recalled to prison.
Lavelle is drescribed as a white man, around 5ft 11ins tall, of a slim build with fair brown air.
He has a tribal tattoo on his left arm and could look different from his mug shot, issued in 2016.
Lavelle is believed to have links to both Worcestershire and Merseyside.
