Police appeal to reunite owner with stolen jewellery

Police have launched an appeal to reunite stolen jewellery in Wolverhampton with its owners.

The jewellery was found in the possession of a suspected burglar on Swinford Road, in the Parkfields area of Wolverhampton, earlier this week.

It includes a men's Fossil watch and a gold chain.

Lee Heaven, 46, of Princes Square, Wolverhampton, was charged with burglary with intent to steal in connection with a separate matter.

A spokesman from West Midlands Police said: "Do you recognise this jewellery? Is it yours?

"We are hoping to trace the owners and return the men’s Fossil watch and gold chain after they were found in the possession of a suspected burglar on Swinford Road in Parkfields, Wolverhampton, earlier this week.

"Lee Heaven, aged 46 and of Princes Square, Wolverhampton, was charged with burglary with intent to steal in connection with a separate matter, he was due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (Friday 15 May)."
