Police hunt man after three knifepoint robberies in nine days in Dudley

Police are searching for this man after three similar knifepoint robberies in nine days.

Teenagers were threatened with a knife and forced to hand over their phones in each of the robberies which happened between March 13 and 21.

Two happened on the number X10 bus in Halesowen on March 13 at 8pm and March 14 at 6pm and another happened at Merry Hill shopping centre when a teenager was dragged behind Matalan and punched on March 21 at 5pm.

Police have released an image of a man they are now trying to track down.

Dudley Police posted on Facebook saying: "Do you recognise him?

"We want to speak to him as we are investigating three robberies between 13 and 21 March, where teenagers were threatened with a knife and forced to hand over their mobile phones.

"Two of the incidents took place between 6-8pm on the number X10 bus in Halesowen.

"The third robbery happened at 5pm at Merry Hill shopping centre, where a teenager was dragged behind Matalan, and punched and robbed of his phone.
