Dudley man in court charged with murdering his baby daughter
A Dudley man has appeared at crown court charged with murdering his baby daughter in September 2017.
Philip Peace, 42, from Himley Road, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court charged with murder today following an appearance at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court yesterday.
He was given bail to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on June 16.
The five-month-old girl was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest on September 8, 2017 and she died the next day.
Following an investigation, Peace was arrested in May of the following year and was charged on Wednesday.
