Dudley woman charged with spitting at nurse treating her for coronavirus
A Dudley woman has been charged after allegedly spitting at a nurse while being treated for coronavirus symptoms.
Lesley Pike, 56, is said to have spat and thrown the contents of a sick bowl over the nurse while she was treated for Covid-19 symptoms on Saturday.
Pike, of Caroline Street, in Kates Hill, has since been charged with assaulting an emergency worker.
She has been bailed to appear before Dudley Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 21.
