Walsall man arrested after allegedly threatening to cough on officers
A Walsall man has been arrested in Cannock after allegedly threatening to cough on police officers.
Officers were called to reports of a domestic incident in Cannock just before 11pm on Sunday.
The 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and breach of a non-molestation order after allegedly threatening to cough on officers and claiming to have symptoms of coronavirus.
He remains in custody.
