Stafford man in court charged with death by careless driving
A Stafford man has appeared in court charged with causing death by careless driving after a crash near Lichfield.

Konstantin Georgiev appeared at Cannock Magistrates' Court this morning charged with causing the death of Craig Stopforth on Common Lane, Fradley, on January 11, 2019.
The 44-year-old was charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving after driving a heavy goods vehicle without due care and attention.
Georgiev, of Corran Road, Stafford, indicated a plea of guilty and was given unconditional bail until his next hearing.
