Bogus callers have been targeting elderly women in Cannock.

A man claiming to be carrying out gardening work who has tried to get into an elderly woman's home in one report made to police.
Officers are now warning other residents in the area to be vigilant and report anything they see as suspicious to officers. Cannock Police tweeted saying: "We have received reports of bogus callers targeting people in Heath Hayes.
"A male claiming to be carrying out gardening work has attempted to gain entry to an elderly female's property.
"Please can all residents remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately."
Residents can report suspicions to police by calling 101.
