PCSO 'dragged 30 metres by car driven by teenager'
A teenager is accused of dragging a Police Community Support Officer for 30 metres while behind the wheel of a car.

Muhammed Nadeem was granted conditional bail when he appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court yesterday for his first appearance.
Nadeem, of Florence Street, Smethwick, will next appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on February 24.
The 18-year-old is accused of causing grievous bodily harm in the incident, which allegedly took place on Saturday.
