Woman arrested after car smashes through wall in Brierley Hill
A woman has been arrested after a car smashed through a wall in Brierley Hill.
Bricks and rubble were scattered over the ground after the car crashed in Bryce Road at about 5pm yesterday.
The car had major front-end damage after it was found lodged on the wall.
Police said the arrested woman has now been charged and is due to appear in court on January 31.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Leonie Cox, of Lower Valley Road, Brierley Hill, has been charged with failing to provide proof of insurance, driving without a licence and driving without due care and attention after a car was found crashed into a wall on Bryce Road, Dudley at 5pm yesterday.
"The 18-year-old has been bailed to appear before Dudley Magistrates’ Court on January 31."
