Man remains in hospital after Brownhills hit-and-run collision
A man taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a hit-and-run in Brownhills is in a stable condition.
West Midlands Police said officers have yet to make any arrests in connection with the collision.
Officers said the man was in a stable condition in hospital.
He was hit by a car on Lindon Road just before 7.30pm on Monday.
The vehicle left the scene and the man, believed to be in his 20s, was rushed to hospital with head injuries.
Police are appealing for information after the crash – officers are keen to speak to witnesses or anyone with information.
Part of the road and the junction of Clayhanger Road was closed off for a number of hours.
