Arrests after shop worker pushed to ground in robbery
Four people have been arrested after a shop worker was pushed to the ground in a robbery in Darlaston.
Cigarettes and cash were stolen in the raid at Kaur News in Walsall Road yesterday at about 4.40pm.
Police received reports of a "knife-point robbery" during the afternoon, and raced to the scene.
Officers arrested two men aged 21 and 18 and two boys aged 16 and 15.
All four remain in custody.
Kaur News declined to comment on the incident due to the on-going police investigation – but a worker confirmed to the Express & Star that everyone involved was ok.
