The 40-year-old victim was taken to hospital after being found lying unconscious in Temple Street, West Bromwich, after suffering serious head injuries in the fall at Klimat nightclub in the early hours of September 30.

Mr Pelechacz, a truck driver from Wednesbury, died in hospital two days later.

Unemployed Krysztof Kowalski, from Greets Green Road in West Bromwich, was arrested by West Midlands Police in November last year and released under investigation while inquiries continued.

Three other men were also arrested during the course of the investigation but all have been released without charge.
