Boy, two, injured in West Bromwich disorder which left man fighting for life after stabbing
A two-year-old boy was treated for injuries following disorder outside a West Bromwich pub which left a man fighting for his life after being stabbed.

A 24-year-old man received multiple stab wounds after he was attacked outside the Flower Pot pub, in Spon Lane, on Sunday evening.
He remains in hospital today, where he is being treated for serious injuries.
A West Midlands Police spokesman has today revealed that a two-year-old boy was also taken to hospital with minor injuries, thought to have been caused during the disorder.
The spokesman added that at this stage, it is not believed the boy was injured with any weapons – but they are still investigating the circumstances of how he was injured.
West Midlands Police has now launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the attack.
Detective Sergeant Paul Cook, from Force CID, said: "I understand the concerns of the community and would like to offer reassurance that we’re doing all we can to establish what happened yesterday and find those responsible.

A spokesman for the force added: "We were called to reports of a disorder outside the Flower Pot pub in West Bromwich just before 6.40pm on Sunday.
"A 24-year-old man was attacked outside the pub in Spon Lane and sustained multiple stab wounds. He was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains today.
"A two-year-old boy was also taken to hospital with minor injuries thought to have been caused during the incident.
"Officers are still investigating the exact circumstances of how he was injured.
"At this stage, it is believed that the boy was not injured with any weapons. He suffered minor cuts and abrasions, consistent with him having fallen."

An area of Spon Lane was sealed off on Sunday night to allow specialist police teams to conduct their investigation, while forensic, CCTV and house-to-house enquiries were carried out.
