Prison worker jailed for misconduct
A catering instructor who worked at a prison in the West Midlands has been jailed for eight months for misconduct.

Kirsty Howat, of Sudbury Place, Newcastle Under Lyme, admitted one charge of misconduct in a public office when she appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court today.
The offence took place between February 1, 2018 and October 15, 2018 while the 24-year-old worked at HMP Brinsford near Wolverhampton.
