The van was stolen in Tozer Street, in Tipton, on Saturday, July 27.

The van was later recovered – but Sandwell Police have released an image of a man they say was seen in the van after it was stolen.

"The owner of the van was gripped in a headlock, as two offenders took the keys from him. The van was later recovered and this man was seen in it."
