Man, 75, assaulted after trying to help drunk teenager in Sedgley
A 75-year-old man suffered a broken arm after being assaulted in Sedgley town centre.
The man was pushed over after he tried to help a drunk teenage girl who was walking in front of cars in High Street.
The man was taken to hospital with head, arm and leg injuries following the incident around 8pm on June 22.
Police have obtained CCTV footage and are looking into the assault.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "The man went to assist a girl, believed to be in her teens and intoxicated, who was walking in the road in front of cars.
"He was pushed over and taken to hospital with head, arm and leg injuries."
