Machete and drugs found in stolen car in the Black Country

A machete and drugs have been discovered in a stolen car in the Black Country.

The stash was found after a Seat Leon hit a stationary vehicle in Dudley Road, Brierley Hill, around 10.20am yesterday.

The car was later found abandoned and discovered to have been stolen.

A machete was recovered during a search of the vehicle and what police believe to be Class A drugs.

West Midlands Police said enquiries were continuing.
