Cannabis factory found in Smethwick flat

A cannabis factory with around 150 plants inside was found by police in a Smethwick flat.

Police smashed their way into the flat on Bearwood Road yesterday and discovered the drugs.

West Midlands Police said no one has been arrested yet.

Force Response took to Twitter to share images of their find. The tweet said: "#CUnit #Sandwell Pictures are all you need to figure out what we’ve been up to this afternoon. #NoMoreGrow JB."

A spokeswoman for the police force said: "Approximately 150 cannabis plants were found in a flat on Bearwood Road just before 1pm yesterday. No arrests have been made and enquiries continue."
