Vehicle set alight in Bridgtown
A vehicle was set ablaze using fire lighters in Staffordshire.
Firefighters and police were called to Broad Court Mews in Bridgtown at about 11pm yesterday.
The fire crew confirmed the fire was started deliberately using fire lighters which are usually used to start a BBQ.
A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: "The fire service were in attendance who confirmed it was a deliberate ignition started by fire lighters (the sort used to start a BBQ) set alight on the windscreen of the vehicle.
"Anyone with information regarding this incident, or CCTV coverage along Broad Street in Bridgtown between 10.30pm and 11pm, please contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 920 of April 30.
"Thank you to the residents for reporting the incident quickly to us."
