Man charged after police stop car in Hednesford
One of two men arrested by police in Hednesford has been charged with failing to provide specimen for analysis.

Jammile Brown, aged 31, of Concorde Drive, Castle Vale, Birmingham, was originally arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
He was pulled over by police in a vehicle on Foster Avenue, near to Hednesford Valley High School, at 5.30pm on Tuesday.
Brown was arrested alongside a 28-year-old man from West Bromwich, who was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and possession of a deadly weapon.
This man has been released under investigation.
Brown has been released on conditional bail and will appear at Newcastle-under-Lyme Magistrates' Court on May 9.
