Staffordshire Police Tactical Support Team stopped the driver in Watling Street, Cannock, this morning and said he will be getting a £100 fine.
They tweeted saying: "It’s slightly concerning that this driver only passed his test SIX days ago and already thinks it is acceptable to drive without wearing a seat belt. £100 fine."
Cannock Police tweeted adding: "Officers from @Tactical_Police will be in the Cannock area today as there is a national enforcement operation targeting motorists who fail to wear seat belts..."
