Staffordshire Police has released two e-fits of the teenage boys they believe are involved in the robbery

The 30-year-old man was approached by a group of four teenagers as he walked along the cycle path leading from Sainsbury's car park, towards Doxey, on Sunday, November 25, 2018.

They asked him for a cigarette and when he refused, the man was assaulted and lost consciousness. When the victim woke up, he found that £70 in cash had been taken from him, along with a packet of cigarettes.

The terrifying robbery took place between 6.30pm and 7.30pm and Staffordshire Police officers are hoping these e-fits will help trace those involved in their on-going investigations.

A spokesman for the force said: "Two of the suspects are described as white teenage boys, approximately 15-16 years of age, with local Stafford accents.

"The first is described as 5ft 3ins tall, of a slim build, and he was wearing a blue hoody with jeans.

"The second is described as 5ft tall, of a slim build, and he was wearing a black tracksuit.
