Masked crowbar gang steal jewellery and cash in Wolverhampton raid
Masked raiders armed with crowbars broke into a home and stole jewellery and cash.
The gang smashed their way inside through a conservatory window at the house in Wolverhampton.
Police believe the gang stole jewellery and a quantity of cash during the raid on Monday.
The burglars made off across fields behind the house in Pennwood Lane in Penn Common.
Officers launched an appeal after the raid which happened at around 9.15pm.
Police were alerted after the men triggered at alarm at the property.
West Midlands Police believe four or five men were involved in the raid.
A spokesman for the force said: "Enquiries are underway."
