Suspects bailed after arsenal of deadly weapons seized in drugs bust in Wolverhampton

Four men who were arrested after a police raid in Wolverhampton have been bailed.

Officers raided a home in Provence Close, Park Village just after 7.30am on Friday where they found four machetes and a crossbow.

What is suspected to be Class A drugs, a large sum of cash and an extendable baton were also discovered.

At the time of the raid four men, aged 41, 29 and two 19-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply.

The suspects have since been released on bail while police enquiries continue.
