Machetes and axe allegedly used in brawl after Dudley car crash

Men said to be carrying machetes, an axe and a baseball bat clashed outside a snooker club after two cars crashed.

Officers were called to Dibdale Road West in Dudley after two cars crashed into each other outside Bahia’s Snooker Club.

An eyewitness told the Express & Star the cars had been racing up the street before ramming each other.

He said: “Two cars massively collided.

"The cars had been racing each other up the road and ramming each other.

"Men got out of the one car brandishing machetes, an axe and a baseball bat. There was a running fight, I think it was gang related.”

Police confirmed no arrests had been made following the incident, which took place just before 2pm on September 16.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "The occupants of the cars were reportedly carrying weapons. No arrests were made and enquiries continue."
