Wolverhampton drug dealer jailed after flipping car in Cannock police chase
A drug dealer from Wolverhampton has been jailed for five years after flipping his car as he tried to flee police while carrying more than 40 grams of cocaine.
Dramatic footage released by Staffordshire Police shows 28-year-old Dwaine Lewis flip his black BMW while driving away from police at high speed.
The incident happened in Cannock on the evening of January 28 last year after Staffordshire Police officers were alerted to the car when it sped past them on Girton Road.

Officers chased Lewis, who tried to escape by turning into Wolverhampton Road towards Cheslyn Hay at over 80mph.
The BMW eventually hit the kerb and rolled over before Lewis, who somehow avoided serious injury, was arrested.
When the car was searched police found more than 42 grams of cocaine, worth between £3,000 and £4,000, and messages relating to drug supply on his mobile phone.
Jailed
Lewis, from Fourth Avenue in Low Hill, Wolverhampton, has been sentenced to five years in prison and banned from driving for six years after he was convicted of possessing a Class A substance with intent to supply.
He was found guilty of the drug offence at Stafford Crown Court on September 11 after pleading guilty to dangerous driving at an earlier date and was sentenced on September 13.
Pc Matthew Burns, from the Central Motorway Police Group, said: "The reckless driving displayed by Lewis could have very easily killed or seriously hurt an innocent bystander and he was lucky to escape with minor injuries.
"We will always do all we can to disrupt those that drive dangerously and use our roads for criminal means."
