Police seal off areas near Bullring after knife found in bag
Police cordoned off areas outside Birmingham's Bullring after a man was found with a knife in a bag.
Officers sealed off routes outside the shopping centre after reports a man was acting suspiciously on Wednesday evening.
The area was shut off from the public, with a specialist team finding a knife in a bag officers believed the man was carrying.
The force tweeted: "The bag has been examined and a knife has been recovered."
