Niron Parker-Lee is to appear before Birmingham magistrates tomorrow accused of killing Mansoor Mahmood.

Mr Mahmood, 24, died in hospital from a stab wound to his stomach after staggering into Dixi Chicken shortly before 5pm on October 15 last year.

Parker-Lee, 20, of no fixed address, was arrested in the Northfield area of Birmingham yesterday.

The victim, of Brierley Hill, met his wife Aisha at Sandwell College in 2012. They had two children. The oldest, Isa is three, while Awais turned two earlier this year.

Aisha told a press conference earlier this year: "Mansoor was a loving, caring husband, father, son and brother.

"He was always the one that would make you smile. He was loyal to all his friends and family. Mansoor was an amazing father and we all loved and adored him.

"Our two children loved him to bits and always wanted to be with their daddy. They are too young to understand what has happened."
