Bosses arrived at the club's Cottage Ground yesterday morning to find the lock had been broken off their shed.
Mowers and other machinery, which had only been bought this summer, had been taken overnight.
The burglary came just 24 hours after the club unveiled its new Carl Ikeme stand, named after the Wolves goalkeeper who has been diagnosed with leukaemia.
A club statement, said: "After such a great week doing our bit we think for everyone, somebody in early hours has broke into shed and stolen all our machinery.
"For ground and pitch - gutted, not for the loss of material things but that someone would want to do that to us at this time #Gutted."
