WATCH: 'Disgrace' biker caught at high speed on a pavement
A bike has been caught speeding down a pavement and allegedly skipping a red light.
Footage, captured from a dash cam, shows the orange bike whizzing past slow-moving traffic and a bus stop while on the pavement.

The incident happened on High Street, Princess End, in Tipton, just before 7pm on Tuesday.
The footage was captured by a car's dash cam and posted on Twitter by @Davidshep1985.
Chief superintendent Rich Baker, a police commander in Sandwell, branded the biker an 'absolute disgrace'.
The bike is described as having orange spokes and anyone with any information is asked to contact West Midlands Police on 101.
