Police hunting man who touched boy, eight, in Walsall town centre

An eight-year-old boy was touched inappropriately by a man in Walsall, sparking an appeal by police.

Detectives have released this image of a suspect after the incident in the town centre.

The boy’s mother immediately intervened and shouted at the man to stop, before walking off to report it to police.

It happened on Park Street in the city centre on April 11 at around 12.15pm.
