James Brindley seen on video on the night he was murdered in Aldridge

Caught on grainy CCTV footage, murdered James Brindley is seen in new images shortly before he was murdered in Aldridge.

The short clip has been released by detectives hunting the killer or killers of the popular model, and shows him walking down the High Street close to the spot he was killed.

Mr Brindley, 26, who lived locally, was stabbed through the heart while walking home from a night out in Aldridge at around midnight on June 23. He died in his parents arms.

Detectives have been trying to trace two men who were seen by the entrance to The Croft, near the entrance on the Little Aston Road side, just before he was stabbed.

Officers have been told he was seen having a disagreement with the men in the moments before the killing.

They then fled into The Croft, in the direction of Rookery Lane/Whetstone Lane.
