Man arrested over Lye High Street attack
A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a shopkeeper was attacked in Lye.

The 27-year-old man was arrested on Saturday and currently remains in custody, West Midlands Police said.
It comes after a 36-year-old man, named locally as Mohammed Taz, suffered head injuries in the attack in High Street at around 9.30am on Friday.

He was seen covered in blood outside his shop before paramedics arrived.
A 20-metre stretch of the High Street was cordoned off throughout Friday morning.
Mr Taz had run The Fruit Shop for more than 20 years.
