Bharvesh Patel, 38, was jailed for 18 weeks and served with a Criminal Behaviour Order by Black Country magistrates.

On September 8 last year he threatened two men in Tipton using racially aggravated language, according to court papers.

West Midlands Police said the CBO forbids Patel, of Park Lane East, from behaving in a manner to cause or likely to cause annoyance or nuisance to members of the public.

He must also not engage or encourage others to engage in conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
