Carl Tindall death: Trio in court over Stafford street attack
Three people have appeared in court for the first time in connection with the death of Carl Tindall, who was found with serious head injuries in a Stafford street.
Louise Hurmson, aged 32, of Avenue Road, Cannock, Sarah Hurmson, 35, of Greig Court, Cannock, and Anthony Boddison, aged 25, of St Peter's Gardens, Stafford, are all charged with assisting an offender.
Jamie Sleigh, aged 35, from St Johns Road, Cannock, has already been charged with manslaughter following the death of Mr Tindall in August.
The three defendants, who all deny assisting an offender, spoke only to confirm their personal details and are due to appear next at Stafford Crown Court on Tuesday for a plea and case management hearing. They were granted unconditional bail.
Mr Tindall, aged 35, of Brocton, Stafford, was taken to hospital after being found lying in Cull Avenue by passers by, shortly after 10pm on August 22. He died in hospital two days later.
