A Great Barr road remains closed after shots were reportedly fired.

Police have closed off Old Walsall Road between Rocky Lane and Hamstead Road after receiving reports of shots being fired at around 11.05pm last night.
At this stage it is not believed that anyone has been injured.
Forensic investigators have been at the scene overnight and remain there this morning as they seek to establish exactly what has happened.
Traffic is being diverted along Kingsdown Avenue, Tower Hill, and Rocky Lane due to the road closure.
