Two are charged on drugs inquiry
Two men from Brownhills and Cheslyn Hay were appearing in court today following an investigation into the smuggling of drugs, potentially worth hundreds of millions of pounds, into the UK.

Richard Andrew Dale, aged 50, of Brownhills, is charged with conspiracy to supply and import class A and B drugs, while Peter Hillback, 41, of Cheslyn Hay, is charged with conspiracy to import and supply class A drugs. They were due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court.
They were among 10 people arrested on Wednesday across the country and in The Netherlands as part of a crackdown on the import of cannabis, amphetamines and MDMA, the main constituent of ecstasy.
Five other men have been charged, while three people have been released on bail.
