Woman, 19, charged after pensioner attacked by dog in Tipton
A woman has been charged with possessing a fighting dog and allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control in a public place after an elderly man and his two Yorkshire Terriers were injured whilst out walking.

The 72-year-old suffered cuts to both of his hands as he walked his two Yorkshire Terriers on Field Road in Tipton after being set upon by two other dogs at around 4pm on December 4.
One of his Yorkshire Terriers had to be put down after suffering internal bleeding and the other is currently recovering from multiple puncture wounds.
Unemployed Marlana Stewart, 19, of Field Road, is on police bail and is due to appear at Sandwell Magistrates Court on December 23.
