Rowley Regis knife raid suspect sought by tattoo on arm

A knife-wielding robber vaulted the counter of a shop and grabbed a fistful of notes before fleeing.

Police have released this CCTV image of a suspect, bearing a distinctive sleeve-style tattoo on his arm.

He ran into Throne News in Throne Road, Rowley Regis and threatened the shopkeeper with a large kitchen knife.

He shoved them, knocking over another worker, before grabbing £900 in cash from the till.

The suspect was wearing black trousers and a black top with a white hood.

Detective Sergeant Toby Davis, from Force CID, said: "The man responsible for this had a very distinctive sleeve-style tattoo on one of his arms and was wielding a large knife during the attack."
