Bridgnorth club owner's jail term is extended
The owner of a country club jailed after a cannabis farm was found hidden in the building has had his prison term extended after further admitting supplying fake designer clothes, trainers and jewellery discovered during the raid.

Steven Gary Platt, 43, formerly of Swancote Country Club in Bridgnorth pleaded guilty to eight separate offences under the Trade Marks Act 1994.
It resulted in a 25-week custodial sentence being handed out for each offence, to run concurrently after his current sentence.
Platt, of Filance Lane, Penkridge, is already serving a two-and-a-half year term after he admitted permitting production cannabis plants worth £30,000, in March.
