Former teacher is jailed for assaults
A former teacher who indecently assaulted young pupils 40 years ago during after-school 'homework sessions' has been jailed for 18 months.

Brian Rees preyed on two sisters aged between eight and 13-year-old at the time during the early stages of a teaching career at Barford School in Ladywood.
Rees, of Farm Road, Oldbury, groomed the siblings in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and repeatedly abused them at his then Edgbaston home in Gillott Road.
He pleaded guilty at Birmingham Crown Court to four counts of indecent assault .
