Axe-wielding raiders threaten shop staff
A gang armed with an axe threatened staff and stole money and cigarettes from a store in a South Staffordshire village.

Three raiders targeted the Tesco Express in Bilbrook Road, Bilbrook, at 6.15am yesterday.
None of the staff were injured and police are investigating with officers drafted in to carry out forensic searches.
An appeal for witnesses has also been launched.
The men are described as white and they were wearing blue waterproof jackets and blue tracksuit bottoms.
One was believed to have a small axe.
